OtherFoods Kitchen is both TN Health Department and TN Department of Agriculture compliant, and can be used for commissary agreements if needed.
As small food producers ourselves, we’re familiar with the many needs that small businesses have. When using our kitchen, available amenities includes:

Commercial ovens and stovetops
Stainless steel prep tables and equipment
Dry storage, cold storage, and frozen storage
Loading docks with truck access
On-site video security system
OtherFoods Kitchen is a 24 hour facility, and our shared-space style allows us to accommodate most scheduling needs. After giving you a tour, we’ll take inventory of your equipment and space needs and make sure that the resources you need are available during your scheduled use times.
Scheduling is done on a monthly basis, and can be scaled up as needed. However, we are not set up to handle walk-in use.
Our kitchen space agreements are designed to be highly flexible and meet the changing needs of startup food entrepreneurs in Memphis. Hourly rates are calculated based on monthly usage, size of your production crew, and your equipment/storage needs.
Typically, our rates range between $11-15/hour and are charged on a monthly basis.
